"Miss Marz" is an experienced and dynamic early childhood educator and leader, graduating from Edith Cowan University in 2017.
In 2018, Monique won 'Educator of the Year' at the Early Childhood Awards in Darwin. Under Monique's leadership our Preschool program grew from 9 children to 45 children in three years.
Monique has since worked leading Senior Teachers in pedgogy, worked as Assistant Principal at Clyde Fenton School, worked as Special Education Teacher and managed the operations of Clyde Fenton Long Day Care.
Monique is committed to the town of Katherine and hopes to be teaching long enough to greet another generation of Clyde Fenton Early Learning children!
"Miss Holly" is best know for her warm nature and instantaneous connection with children. Holly holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Holly is experienced in planning high quality learning experiences for children and often incorporates the outdoors and natural environment.
Holly is committed to Katherine. Herself, husband Peter and daughter live close to the school and enjoy camping trips and time with their many animals!
"Miss Laketa" Began her education and care journey at Clyde Fenton Long Day Care as an apprentice in 2020. Since then, Laketa has built trusting and warm relationships with families and nurturing connections with children.
Laketa is particularly skilled at engaging children in messy, hand on play and craft activities.
Laketa was born in Katherine and is focused on completing her Year 12 studies. She enjoys the company of her birds and close knit family.
Miss Eliah travelled from Adelaide to join our world class team!
Eliah is well loved by staff and children alike. She enjoys creating cubbies, forts and playing physical games to engage children in whole body awareness.
Eliah has family in Katherine and is enjoying spending her weekends exploring the natural beauty that Katherine has to offer.
Soozie is our therapy pet who has graduated from puppy class and obedience school. She can 'sit, 'paw', kiss', 'lay down', 'stay' and 'come'. Soozie is a good girl who particularly enjoys the company of young children and loves to be petted and cuddled. Soozie comforts children when they are hurt, plays with children when they are in need of a friend and will happily play the role of 'bad guy' or 'good guy' in a game of police and robbers!
