Miss Landsdown has been nominated for 'Teacher of the Year' in the National Rugby League Community Awards.

Established in 2007, the NRL Community Awards have become the most significant opportunity for NRL's unsung heroes such as volunteer coaches, community administrators, referees, teachers and grassroots clubs to receive the recognition and thanks that they deserve for the tireless work they do in the community.

Miss Lansdown was nominated by Trent Gorrie, NRL Game Development Officer, for her incredible work bringing the rugby league to life within her classroom through PE lessons and activities.

The NRL will be selecting the national winner on Thurs, 13 September.

Congratulations Kiera - you are always a winner in the hearts and minds of the CFS family!
